I’m signing in for a new account in United Kingdom but, I read that it is possible to enter only 50 keywords, is this right?
In the Italian account there are up to 500 keywords. Why is there this difference?
I also want to sign in a new account in USA and Canada, is there the same limit?

Actually, there is a keyword limit.

You can upload your account in UK and USA with 100.000 keywords as limit.

In the case of Canada, you have to sign your campaign in English or French according to the market you want to target.

However, the limit of keywords is 100.000 per account.

Regarding your question, I guess it would also depend what type of Yahoo! Search Marketing account you will open: self service, platinum or Diamond accounts all have slightly different regulations.
