Good Targeting?

I had this ad pop up in Gmail when I went to click on an email alert for "James Purnell" who is the cabinet secretary of state for work and pensions. There was no mention of capital gains tax (CGT) on the page itself, so the company advertising must be targeting James Purnell.

James Purnell was found of trying to escape paying CGT.
