Sounds a mouthfull, but Adwords are now Beta testing a series of new advertising programs in the US including:

Google Print Ads - select from 1000's of newspapers, journals and magazines and bid for placements. Upload your ads and they will be distributed in minutes.

Google Radio Ads - broadcast your campaigns over the airwaves via an upload in the adwords interface
