You'll have probably noticed by now but the 'Advanced search and editing' feature in the google adwords 'tools' interface has been removed and re-assigned to the Adwords Editor Tool.

How does everyone feel about this?

I cannot imagine it to be as quick and efficient as it used to be in the interface, especially when you just want to do a quick search while you are in an account. Also, we now need to double check all the time that no one will be making changes to the account while we use the editor or else any amendments could be overwritten. I think this will cause more work. I have not used this feature yet, has someone and can give some advice on how long it takes to use the advanced search or editing tool in the Adwords Editor?

It shouldn't take long, check you have version 4.0 - a new version will be availab le evey quarter and advise updating whenever you recieve the message (which could be tricky itself).
